Houston 9-7 for the last 3 years and 2 playoff appearances. Bill O'Brien's tenure at Houston has been successful. They even won a playoff game last year. Chicago Chicago may of had the worst draft I've seen in recent history. Don't get me wrong, Mitch Trubisky could be a franchise quarterback and I'd be wrong, but the combo of picks they gave up for a position they signed for was outlandish. NL East Washington Nationals (52-36) The Nationals had the most starters in the All-Star Game, right fielder Bryce Harper posted MVP-caliber numbers and right-hander Max Scherzer has led Washington’s pitching staff in a typical fashion.
