Houston 9-7 for the last 3 years and 2 playoff appearances. Bill O'Brien's tenure at Houston has been successful. They even won a playoff game last year. Even with all the questions at quarterback they've been able to maintain an above .500 record, make the playoffs and win their division. Could you imagine if they they had a franchise quarterback?
